Priest laurel activity

Date:  Saturday May 5th 2012 ---  After Aaronic Priesthood Conference Time:  1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Schedule: 1:00 PM – Meet at Ward Buildings to Carpool to Keystone Ferry Dock – Fort Casey State Park   (Please communicate with Stake Leaders that are in your Ward for utilizing them as part of your carpool arrangements)  2:30 PM -  Washington State Ferry Terminal – Arrive – Get Walk On tickets (Provided by Stake) 2:50 PM – Board Ferry 3:00 PM – Ferry Ride – Opening Prayer – Instructions for Photo Scavenger Hunt – Dividing into Groups 3:20 PM -  Arrive in Port Townsend – Photo Scavenger Hunt 5:05 PM – Meet at Port Townsend Ferry Terminal  -  Return Ferry Ride to Fort Casey  (We may stay in Port Townsend for the rest of this activity if the weather is poor and we need a covered area) 5:45 PM – Dinner (Provided by Stake)  Picnic Area at Fort Casey – Out Door Games 6:30 PM -  Fireside Discussion:  Conducted and Presented by:  President David Flake 7:30 PM – Clean Up 8:00 PM – Depart for Ward Buildings 9:30 PM – Arrive at Church Buildings to return Home   Please make sure the Youth have their parents sign permission slips
